FOUNDER

S. Christian Dencklau is a Navy Veteran with over 20 years of service in the cyber field. He was stationed at Fort Meade, Maryland for more than 13 years and served aboard the USS Enterprise during operations Iraqi, Enduring Freedom and Inherent Resolve, earning his Sea and Air Warfare qualifications during that time and Information Warfare in 2012 at Fort Meade. He was accepted into the Chief's Mess in 2013 and founded Operational Branches that serve software analysis and capability development for the Intelligence community, the Navy and Title 10 DoD operations. His background in software analysis and capability development as well as in network architecture were instrumental in building systems that assist the Navy and DoD in cyber operations supporting Defend the Nation missions. He is authorized to wear six Good Conduct Awards, two Joint Forces Commendations, two Navy Commendations and three Navy Achievement Medals as well as his warfare pins.

Christian founded MAJESTYK with the idea occurring to him during the COVID pandemic that Arizona could be restored and renewed to a greener, biodiverse state if permaculture and sound ecological business practices were put to sound use in agribusiness and mining. He seeks to bring awareness of permaculture and best use cases for water conservation through social media channels and successful, practical mining reclamation techniques that restore areas that were long ago abandoned to waste away, he leads through example and demonstration of techniques. Christian has a passion for rammed earth construction, is an avid Falconer and enjoys the outdoors through hunting with hawks, hiking, gold prospecting, camping and kayaking.

CHIEF ENGINEER

Scott Woodard was born in Nebraska and raised on small dairy farm. In early years he became interested in space flight and orbital mechanics as well as engineering. He is currently a prospector and full-time hard rock mining engineer in the state of Arizona. He is passionate in the field of engineering as it relates to mining reclamation and permaculture in Arizona. He assisted in the founding of MAJESTYK MIining assisting Christian, Drew and Jason. He enjoys piloting unmanned vehicles and quantum physics.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Jason Masina was born in Upstate New York. He has worked for several Manufacturing Companies and has traveled globally, including Europe and Asia.

He helped found MAJESTYK Mining during the pandemic and owns a successful business on the east coast.

His favorite quote about mining, is “If you’re not having fun, you’re doing it wrong”. Jason has a true entrepreneurial spirit but also has a passion for culinary arts and received his culinary Chef training New York. He is an avid hunter, champion trap and skeet shooter.

CG ARTIST

Peter was born in Poland, lived in Morocco for a bit, and moved to Omaha Nebraska in '81. Peter has worked as a CG Artist professionally for over 26 years.

Away from the computer Peter has been a life long skateboarder and enjoys playing guitar.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Lora was born in Lincoln Nebraska. She moved to Texas to attend her college.

She raised her 4 Sons there until 1997 when they moved back to Lincoln to be closer to her family. She met Christian and they have been friends for 24 years. She loves her family, and she is passionate about music. She has begun to dabble in glass blowing art.

She has been a Bookkeeping, an Accountant, and Human Resource Manager, and has performed in those capacities for 35+ years.

Recently joining the MAJESETYK team she is excited to bring her skills and experience to the MAJESTYK team

Drew was born in the Midwest in the early 70s. Christian and Drew became friends in grade school. He helped Christian and Jason found Majestyk along with Scott Woodward. He is passionate about the history of mining and mines as well as bringing water to the deserts of Arizona and Nevada. Drew is a believer that mining, reclamation, historical evidence (archaeology) and permaculture can co-exist in harmony.

He successfully runs a corporation and owns and runs Positive Proximity with his 2 business partners.

Drew is an outdoor camping and hiking enthusiast. He currently resides in Henderson Nevada.

CHIEF PROSPECTOR

Taji is an Army Veteran who first met Christian at Fort Meade, Maryland. He and Christan along with Jason, quickly connected on their passions for prospecting and a love of Arizona wilds. Taji is a gear-head with a passion for sports cars and loves to bowl in league tournaments.

As both a Capital Seed Member and as a Mining Partner, Taji brings more than 10 years of experience to the mining team that is MAJESTYK Mining. He has traveled the world and prospected in Europe, Asia and America.
